Payment Information
Credit card payments are accepted through Paypal. Paypal processes
your credit card information and I never see your information. Shopping
online with Paypal is safe & secure. PayPal encrypts your confidential information
using (SSL). 

Offline Sales
Don't want to make an online purchase and prefer to mail a money order or check,
please contact me with the items you want to purchase noted and
your contact information.

Installment Payments 
Installment payments are accepted for original art and large custom orders. However,
the piece will not be shipped until all payments have been made. Typically it's 50%
down and the other 50% no more than 2 weeks later, Please contact me prior to
purchase if you would like to make arrangements.

Shipping and Handling   
All purchases are shipped within 1- 2 days of the order. Once shipped you will
receive an e-mail with your confirmation & tracking information. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for delivery of your order. For large custom orders please allow an additional 10 -14 business days for the completion of your custom order.

Privacy Policy
As stated above, I do not have access to your credit card information. And I will not
share or sell your personal information or email addresses with anyone.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase I will issue a full refund. I am
dedicated to producing nothing but quality. Please contact me within 30 days of
receiving your order for an exchange or refund.

The original method of payment will be refunded for items returned within 10 days
from the date of delivery with original receipt. After 10 days, a merchandise credit
will be given up to 30 days from the date of delivery. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from date of delivery.

Before returning an item, send an email with "Returns" in the subject line. Please include:  full name, phone number , email address, shipping address,  reason for return or exchange.  You will receive a validation email.

*If shipped, be sure your return package is insured.

Problems using PayPal
Your computer's browser settings are set too high & are blocking the PayPal cookies.
Reset your browser settings to 'Default' to enable PayPal to work correctly with their
web browser.
